Situated between the intersection of Piedmont and Bells Ferry Rd, this mixed-use development features nearly 60,000sf of leasable space. This includes the highly sought after Jokers Audio, along with luxury retail, office, and instructional spaces spanning the entire 5.3 acre site. Three separate buildings and multi-level spaces allow for an even broader client base and allow the development to gracefully navigate the slope of the existing site.
The architecture of this development features modern expressions and detailing mixed with traditional materials of brick, wood, and limestone to provide an upscale commercial feel with residential charm. Each structure contains a variety of storefront designs to make shops approachable and identifiable. Along Bells Ferry Rd, two linear parks were introduced to provide an outdoor amenity for shoppers, tenants, and nearby residents.
